Incorrect Media new bundle details

Just signed up to M200 OOMPH with 5Gb SIM. Mobile up and running ok but Media site says I do not have an OOmph bundle although order summary says I have and I have of course paid for it. Can anyone please advise. I have tried chat but to no avail.

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post - I am sorry about any confusion caused with your package and online account. From locating the account from this end, we can see that you've not yet been installed. 

 

Once your account and package is active, this should then reflect on your online account. If you're still having concerns once the cable side is all installed, pop back and we can take another look for you 🙂
