Told to make my own thread, so here it is!
Got my hub yesterday, all setup, all good. However, I can't create an account to make any changes. Used both websites (to get around the DEF01 issue), the app, different browsers. Just won't accept any password I put in, despite saying it's an acceptable password.

Can I ask does the password follow this criteria?
- Between 8-10 characters
- Start with a letter
- Contain at least one number
- No special characters

Hi.
Every password I've tried has met that criteria, yes. It simply states the password is unable to be used, even when it scores it as moderate to strong.
