I have moved and when I log in it shows my old disconnected account

Hi, when I log in to my virgin account it shows my old account at my old address. The same email is on both accounts but I can’t get into my new account to change anything

@Kasia82 You will need the VM Forum Team staff to arrange a move and transfer of the old account to the new account.  They will respond here in due course.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your online accounts which use the same email addresses. It may be the case that your email address is still tied to the old account.
