I have 2 accounts but can only access one of them. Virgin don’t help despite requests

Despite requesting email / password reminder (twice) nothing has been received. 
I need this resolved urgently.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community. 

We're sorry to hear you are having an issue with logging in to your My VM on a second account. It's worth noting that you're unable to use the same log in details so if you are trying to register the second account with the same email address, you won't be able to complete things. 

If this isn't the case and you're already using a second email address but still having the same issue then we can help further but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.
