Hello,
I have the same issue as a lot of people. Moved into my house July and set up my broadband. But have been trying to get a verification email since. Tried all of the help links to send another email, but I never get one.
I am computer literate. So, no It isn't in my spam folder.
Can't get through to anyone on the phone so here I am.
