I have been with my current login over a month and I can not login all the apps for example all the sky apps that come with my package and I can not log in on the virgin media app either.
I can not put anything on my mobile or my Ipad for my kid nor can I watch my sports on my phone or my Ipad. none of the customer advisers know what I am talking about please could you point me to the right place and where it is all going wrong.
I can get on through the browser and when I try to login through the app it says please connect to the internet. This message is popping up when I am connected to my home broadband and my normal mobile data.
