I'm sorry to hear that you are facing issues registering, I'm not sure I recognise the error message you are referring to.
Can I ask if you are able to try registering online here and following the steps?
I am a previous virgin customer
So when I try to register my email it says that I am already registered. However, when I follow the steps it leads me back to my defunct account.
