How to set up my virgin media page?

I'm sorry to hear that you are facing issues registering, I'm not sure I recognise the error message you are referring to.

Can I ask if you are able to try registering online here and following the steps?

I am a previous virgin customer 

So when I try to register my email it says that I am already registered. However, when I follow the steps it leads me back to my defunct account. 

• How do I log into my newly set up account? Surely there is a way to clear my old account and allow me to start again with my new account. At the moment I can't interact with any of the features that I am paying for, for example my virgin media account or virgin media on the go? 
• Please help. If no one can help I will have to close the account.
