How to cancel engineer appointment

Hi,

Our broadband,  TV and landline went down over weekend & the online help directed us to book a technician appointment for Tues 8th Nov am. Services have since come back on. Online help says cancel appointment in My Virgin Media app - however the app says I have no upcoming appointment. How do I cancel appointment & ensure I don't incur the £25 charge.

@LeaTB  As your services have been restored the most likely explanation is that a local area fault was identified and has subsequently been fixed.  In such cases individual engineer appointments are automatically cancelled.  This is likely to explain why the appointment is no longer showing on your account and.therefore you don't need to do anything else to cancel it..

We're sorry to hear you were having issues with your issues which resulted in you needing to book an engineer visit but super glad things are back up and running for you. 

It can take up to 24 hours for the online account to update with the visit. 

We can certainly check things out this end for you to get things cancelled. I will just need to confirm some information with you so I have sent you a private message regarding this. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
