Sorry to hear you've had a bit of trouble locating your Area Reference. This can be found on your contract, and any documentation from us relating to your account (for example, a bill).
They're also postcode-specific rather than relying on the regional name. I'm going to send you a private message, so if you're unable to locate your Area Reference through the options above, please respond there and I'll provide this for you.
