Help!

I have changed address, and my account number has changed. When I log into virgin online it still shows my old account and says I am no longer with virgin! I don’t know how to swap my account numbers over so that I can view my bills and make payments online??

Thanks for posting on the forum and welcome to the community.

 

From the information you have provided this would appear to be after a house move, if this is the case you will need to set up another online account using a different email address.

 

Once this is set up you can go into the new account, select preferences and change the email address to the one you'd prefer.
