Can someone from Virgin please contact me to sort this out? Like many, many others posting on this board I am not able to register my new broadband account because I get the inexplicable "DEF01" issue.
You clearly have a systemic problem here but there seems to be nothing in train to fix it and a constant stream of customers who end up on this forum asking for help because it appears impossible to contact you via any other method. Not impressed by my start with Virgin Media.
