Help in resetting password

It appears a common theme with virgin I can’t reset my password so css as my access most apps and accounts 

ho to reset page and invalid is constantly there after any 7 digits so frustrating!!

I would try a very simple password, the more complex it is sometimes the system will reject this.

I would also try it on another browser in private mode. Cheers
