I mistakenly forgot my password to log on to my virgin media (I’ve been a customer for 10 years and didn’t pay enough attention when setting it)
I’ve registered for the service and have a login email. But no password. I’ve tried to reset my password over the past year or so and each time I answer my memorable question etc... and hey presto I’m directed to a missing link telling me the page is broken.
No one answers the phone - other than when selling me something. The messaging service just regurgitates the information on the website or tells me to login with my non existent password.
Even small companies have a working password reset. Is it so difficult to achieve?
