Finding my area and account number

I recently ordered a QuickStart, and have had no email about my account number or area number. So I’m unable to log in on the app or website, my email should be right as I got emails about a referral but nothing else .

Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies you are having account issues. Have you received your quick start order and activated it as yet? Once activated you receive your contract documents and will be able to register for an online account.

I have already received my QuickStart and have it activated since it’s working fine, but I have still not received any of the information.
