Finding email/resetting password

Hi,

I'm not able to register for this app or access my account details at all, because I'm being prompted for an email address I don't have/can't recall.

I've gone through the process asking for a reminder of the email address I apparently signed up with, filling in my account number, area code, DOB etc., but receive only a screen saying "We've found you!", with some characters blanked out of the email address, i.e. a••••2@virginmedia.com

How do I find out what the missing characters are in this email address, or find another way around this, so that I can access my account?
