I am forever having to turn my box off and on. The Ethernet cable fitted by virgin hardly ever works so I have to keep changing to WiFi? I find it hopeless to speak to virgin and just can’t get through to speak to anyone what can I do?

You've posted in the My Virgin Media app forum, but your post relates to some kind of connection issue.
Is the box you refer to a VM hub, or a VM TV set top box?
If it's a VM TV set top box then which box is it? The same question regarding the hub.
Have you tried a different ethernet cable, or if it's relating to the hub a different ethernet port as well as a different ethernet cable?
