Error when trying to create account

Hi, I have been trying to create my Virgin Media account, but keep getting the same error of “Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one.” I have tried several paswords, all matching criteria, different browsers, incognito, several devices, same problem…..Please help
