I'm very sorry to hear that you're having some trouble logging in. To confirm, is this an online account for your cable/Virgin Media services, or for Virgin Mobile services?

Along with this, can you please confirm what error message/code you're seeing and what troubleshooting you've done thus far in an effort to remedy the situation?
