Hi. 

I've tried so many times to create an account to use with my newly ordered broadband (today) 

First it refused to register my password, saying it wasn't good enough. I searched online and found many people with the same issue, some said use first numbers then letters then numbers again (123AbC123) min 8 characters and no special characters. Nothing would work. Now I have just attempted again and it won't even go past entering my email address!

I've cleared cache/data, used different browsers, tried another device. Turned my phone on and off and bounced it off the wall. Nothing is working.

Just to clarify are you still receiving the DEF01 error? Or are you receiving a different message when entering your email?
