Unable to register for a my virgin media account in order to manage my bills. Just comes up with an error code DEF01.
I typed in my account number and area code and it doesn't recognise an email associated with the account. Therefore I'm assuming i never actually made an account.
I need to formally let virgin know i intend on cancelling my contract and assume this is done through the account.
Need to have this fixed soon!!!
Any help would be grateful,

Sorry to hear that you're unable to register for your online account. You cannot give notice to cancel via the online account, sorry. You'd need to speak to our Customer Relations team. You can call them on 0345 454 1111 or 150 from our landline or mobile service. Alternatively, if you wish to try a different method to contact us, all our contact methods can be found here.
