Engineers fails to turn up

I had a confirmed appointment for an engineer but he/she never showed up. No reason given. Virgin had even removed the appointment information from my account, so I couldn't check for any update. Trying to contact them is like pulling teeth. I waited in all day. If They had shown up and I hadn't been in they would have charged me £25. Not good customer service.

Sorry to hear that the engineer has not turned up, can I ask in recent memory has there been an area fault raised?

If so any appointment that are booked for solo visits would be cancelled.

Hi there. Virgin contacted me and offered me another technician visit. They have now been and have fixed my connection problems. Thanks for your help
