Engineer isn't showing as booked on app or online account

I called the Virgin Media team today who confirmed I'd be getting a visit on Friday 30th between 1pm - 6pm but I haven't received a confirmation email or any sign that it's actually been booked on my account. Help!

If you don't have access to your online account yet, we recommend registering for MyVirginMedia, where you can see your account and appointment details.
