Last week I had virgin media installed, however since the installation I have been trying to set up my virgin media account. Unfortunately however I cannot seem to receive a verification email to be able to set up my virgin media account. There is no problem receiving other emails from virgin media including registering for the forum, but the account verification email will just not come through.

Help please.

To be fair to virgin media there appeared to be a problem with my BT email not liking virgin media, despite having other standard emails coming through no problem.

virgin media sent a code through to my gmail account no problem took about 10 minutes after to set it up.
