When I try and add virgin media to the app it says I haven't verified the email address but when I request a new link it either doesn't get sent or when I recieve it the link has expired. Already have the app for my mobile.

I have had a mobile with yourselves for 10 years and can log in on that. The issue is adding a media account.
I am taking part in fibre trial with my install due this Tuesday afternoon.
