Email verification not wokring

Hello all,

Just changed the email on my account today. unfortunately the verification email sent to me does not seem to be working. i click on the verify email link and it takes me to log in. when i try to log in it just tells me i need to verify my email first. not sure what to do. any ideas?

Could you expand on this please?

Do you already have a registered email to log into your online account?

Are you now trying to change this to another username?

Hello,

I have a pre-existing account. I went to change the email on the account to my new email. I received the revification email to click on the link to verify move to new email and when I click on the link it just takes me to a log in where I am unable to log in as it gives me the messege “account not yet been verified” leading to an infinite cycle of me not being able to do anything
