Hi,
i moved into a new house and cancelled my virgin media at my old house and ordered a new installation at my new home. The installation is tomorrow but my email address is linked to my old account. The old account’s 30 day notice finishes on 20th September but my new installation is tomorrow and I haven’t had any updates or way to check the progress etc.
Can you please help?

I am very sorry to hear your account details have not yet been transferred over to your new account.
This would usually be completed as part of the moving process but we should be able to manually complete this for you if required.
