I have recently ordered a new tv and broadband service which is being installed tomorrow.
I had a virgin media account at a previous address which was registered with the same email address that I used to set up the new account. My email address is locked to my old account and I cannot change this through the virgin media website. Every time I try logging in it shows all my old account information. I need the email address transferred to the new account.
I had a long WhatsApp chat with VM on Friday and they said that they had sorted it but unfortunately they haven't.
