I’ve see lots of people have had this problem.
when I try to log into the virgin media app or online it tells me I need to verify my email.
I have the email I get with the link to do this but when I click on the link it tells me the link has expired.
I try to get the email resent and it takes atleast 20 attempts before I finally get one.
It gets delivered to my inbox and literally within seconds I have clicked the link but it still takes me to a page telling me the link has expired.
I spoke with someone on the phone who escalated this to what I assume is IT specialist but I haven’t heard anything back.
can someone sort this as soon as please as this js getting both ridiculous and infuriating!!
