EC:N4 problem

Is there any hope that the status section on the myvirginmedia app will start working soon. It has been out of use for ages and people have been trying to get answers without success

Me to. Its on the status tab i am on ios with the latest  updates. In another thread the virgin media guy said to contact the app developer. Fyi the developers are virgin media.

Well done problem solved. Logged on to give a thumbs up but the apps problem page has stopped working. It’s why we love tech and hate paying for it😂😂
