Hi i now can log in to the app but the app tells me that im leving but have only joined 3 months ago. Every time i try and set up a direct debit it just says cant do this as im leaving please any help with this a my husband would sooner have direct debit then to pay as payment

Please could you check to see if your online account is showing the account number for your current active account not any previous accounts you could have had with us in the past. Please could you check this by comparing the account number on the top right of your bill and the account number of your online account.
The information maybe coming from your previous account and as the account is no longer active it will stop you from amending anything on your account.
