I changed my direct debit details recently and now the app is saying my bill is overdue even though it says it’s due out on the 26th April, today is the 20th April.
The website doesn’t say anything about it being over due it is only on the app. Will this disappear?
it says I have to pay money now or have my internet broadband suspended but the money is due to go out in 6 days. Why is this?
