Didnt take direct debit payment

I am a new virgin media customer and my first payment including set up charge was meant to come out my account yesterday as I have set up a direct debit and it didn't.

When I check my app it says my payment day was the 30th of Jan and the bill is overdue and I need to pay it else I will get charged a late fee. I am unsure what I am meant to do?

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue regarding your first bill! We are not able to handle payments via the forums, but you can call our collections team directly on 0345 142 4444 where they can advise as to what has happened with the direct debit and take a payment for you.
