Details taken incorrectly

I signed up for broadband over the phone, my details have been taken down wrong as I haven’t received any ebills and when I try and log into my account with the details I gave, it says it is incorrect. I can’t get through to anybody over the phone as I need my account number which I don’t have nor do I have a landline. Is there another way for this to be resolved as I cant do the forgotten email or password option as they’ve been put in wrong to begin with.

Sorry to hear of the issues setting up your online account, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

 

Can you confirm if this is a new account? If so, it can take a few days for all of the details to update and allow you to register for your online account.

 

If not, please let me know here an i'll be happy to get some more details from you and look into this further.
