My husband left virgin media before Christmas and have the my virgin media app, since ending his contract we have gone back to virgin media in my name and I want to delete his account in order to put the new account number in its place.
My husband's old account is still registered with my email. I got a new contract with the same email and am still unable to register with new details, it's still shows me his name there.
I’ve tried all sorts and can’t find a way to delete the account, so if someone can help me, I would be grateful.
