Good evening
I left virgin media recently and have the my virgin media app, since ending our contract we have gone back to virgin media in my husbands name and I want to delete my account in order to put the new account number in its place
I’ve tried all sorts and can’t find a way to delete the account so if someone can help me I would be grateful

What happens when you try to log on to the old account? Do you get an error message at all?
Have you tried registering the new account? You would need to register it in order to create a new profile for this account.

I’m logged in with my email address and password, my phone line is being disconnected this Thursday and we are starting a new package on Friday but I’m mr husbands name but still with my email address
obviously i have a new account number and want to be using this new account from now on

The old account will not end until the services are disconnected, so it will remain active until Thursday.
Do you have another email address at all that can be used to register the new account?
It will not automatically transfer as this is a new account with a new customer name.
