Hi,

I’m trying to register for MyVirginMedia however I keep getting error DEF01. 

I was previously a virgin media customer and wonder if this has anything to do with it. I have read through several threads of here and have attempted to register on various different links to no avail. Please can somebody raise an IT ticket for me ASAP?
