DEF01 ERROR 06/08/22

I cannot make an account to register to my order? It comes up with the DEF01 Error.  I don’t know how I’m supposed to manage my bills or access anything I’m awaiting my router being delivered and can’t follow your emails instructions to create an account because of an Error which seems to be a reoccurring issue aswell as customer service issues according to your forums complaints/posts. Hope that isn’t going to be my experience with this company, can someone help me with this issue?

I'm so sorry to hear you are facing this issue with your My Virgin Media account! 

 

Can I just confirm are you trying to register via the web site or via the app? 

 

If via the website have you been able to try on an alternative browser?
