Hi I’m unable to create my Virgin media account no matter what different combinations I use it won’t work.

I’ve looked through and done the things ppl suggested and still won’t work

It may have got stuck somewhere between you and systems. But don't worry it's an easy fix.
I'd like to take a look into this for you.

If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
