I would like to get the Volt benefit but it's impossible!!!
I need to have the same address on both O2 and VirginMedia contracts.
Hi, a mistake was made when talking to Virgin Media's customer service about changes to the services provided on my contract (internet + telephone).
Wrongly entered my address is entered twice in the post code
I tried calling Virgin on the hotline after 40 minutes trying to talk to a person who supposedly speaks English explaining if there is a problem. Finally, someone more competent appeared and during the conversation the lady, seeing my contract online with the wrong address, stated that it was no problem for her and she was unable to help me.

Hi, yes the monthly bill has the correct address.
Only the contract has 2x postcode entered and in the o2 store in Trowbridge the gentleman serving me that he cannot give me Volt benefits because the contract has the wrong address.
