Recently I had a big issue with changing over an address and getting someone to fit my WiFi (my account ended up getting deleted?). I've ended up having to get a new contract but it's still under the same email. Because of this it'll only log into my old inactive account and it won't let me update it with the new account number

This process is a Move and Transfer where by we transfer the online account login from the old account to the new one.
