Carnt see my technicians appointment on the app

I have booked a technician to attend as haveing issues with my box in the front room however I can not find it when logging onto the My Virgin Media App can engine tell me where to look please ?

I am sorry to hear you are unable to in the app, have you tried checking this on your MyVM via a browser? You can do so here.
