Cant use password

I can see this issue has been going on for a while. Have tried to setup the app so I can manage my services but cannot even register. Have tried over 50 passwords also using the tips on other threads? 

surely it cannot be that difficult to fix.

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems setting up your My Virgin Media account. Just to confirm, have your services been installed? If not, the My Virgin Media app will only be accessible once a service has been installed as it is used primarily for Billing and Account Management purposes.

If you have been installed, and are still having trouble, can you please try using an alternative browser in Private/Incognito Mode?
