Whenever I try to register I get this password error. The pw meets all the requirements. No matter how many different passwords I try it gives the same message

I am sorry to see you are having issues creating a password.

Have you made sure that it has the following?

Capital letter/Number/Symbol and at least 10 characters?

Yes as I started in the original post, the passwords that I am trying all meet the requirements.

The password cannot be longer than 10 characters - as per the requirements below

Is the password you are trying to create less than 10 characters?

Have you tried doing this on a different browser?
