I have just re-joined Virgin Media and cannot register my Broadband and TV services on My Virgin Media. My email is associated with an old Virgin Phone account and when I try to register for BB/TV I'm told an account already exists with this email

I have been able to access your account using forum details. What specific error message do you get when signing up? Are you able to provide a screenshot of this (While omitting personal details)? Are you also registering your account as seen here https://my.virginmedia.com/create-profile/register?
