I am unable to register an account for over  week. I have Neen using virgin broadband for a year now. I want creat an account to see my bills but couldn't.  Error msg- cant use the password . I have tried so many but the sme error.  I need help

Can I just check you are following all of the below criteria when choosing a password?

Between 8-64 characters.
Must start with a letter.
Contain at least one number.
Contains only one of these special characters: !@~&*_
