Hi, I made an account when I first signed up with virgin media, I made an account straight away but haven't really been on it that much.
Went to go on it a couple of days ago and it won't let me sign on, I've tried everything changing passwords in case I've forgot it but nothing is working.
I've been wanting to upgrade my current package for about a week but I can't get on the stupid app. Any suggestions ?
A member of the forum team may be able to help with logging into My Virgin Media, however it may take a couple of days to pick this up.
You can always dial 150 from a VM landline or mobile and upgrade your current package.
You'll probably get a better deal doing it that way going through either regrades or retentions (thinking of leaving us)
