Cant access my virgin media app

Every time I go on to my virgin media app it says that come back soon once installed but I have had my services installed on the 1st Feb and the vitgin connect just keeps saying error please try again, I've tried phoning virgin media about this and literally getting no where with them

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the My Virgin Media app that you are currently facing 😞
May I ask if you have you signed up to the app with an email used for an account with different details?

E.g. Was there a previous account setup but the account details are not matching?

Hi yeah I signed up with the email that I registered with virgin media and I'm still having problems

Thanks for getting back to us @Jenniep1992 on the forums.

I've had a look on my end and I cannot see a My Virgin Media set up for your account.
Are you able to set it up again / register and let us know how it goes or what happens?

I’m having the same problem and my broadband was switched on Thursday 2nd Feb.
