When i try to log into my account it says i am entering the wrong details. Even when i try to reset my email and type in my account number, area reference and last name it still says it’s incorrect… I am very confused.

I'm sorry to see this error occur for your My Virgin Media. Just before we go ahead and do any checks, can you confirm if you've tried another web browser / device for me? And also if you could clear cache and cookies.
This way we can eliminate the issues pertaining to the device itself not being able to load up the page correctly. Let us know.
