For months now I cannot see my bills other than the last total value. When on the website, I cannot see my bills at all and instead get in a loop on the help screens.
On the app I can see the latest total bill but cannot click on it.
I tried to have this fixed in July but when I eventually got an agreement that the tech team would call me outside of working hours, they called again to claim incorrectly that I had not answered their calls and so they closed the ticket.
I am about to move house and must take this lack of support into account when choosing between sky and virgin media.
