Cannot make account with original email

I've previously had a VM account with the email address I signed up for my current contract with - now when I try to create my VM account online, I can't use that address. Trying to use a different email with my new contract details also doesn't work, and gives me an error.

Can someone from VM help me set up my account with my preferred email so I can manage my account?

I've now managed to make my account - just had to keep trying over and over, and it eventually let me in.
